Harbour Island

In 1976 Don and I traveled to the Bahamas for our 7th wedding anniversary. The beaches on Harbour Island were remarkable for their distinctive pink color. The tropical flair of the border fabric and the many soft pinks in this quilt reminded me of that happy and relaxing trip.
